Delete Your ShowingUp Account

We’re sorry to see you go. If you’d like to permanently delete your ShowingUp account and all associated data, please follow the instructions below.

How to Delete Your Account

Send an email to support@showingup.app with the subject line:

“Account Deletion Request”

In your message, please include the email address associated with your ShowingUp account so we can verify your identity.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

Once we process your request, the following data will be permanently deleted:

• Your ShowingUp login credentials and Firebase Authentication account

• Your personal profile details (name, email address, phone number, and profile photo)

• All personal content, including:

  • Topics

  • Thoughts

  • Actions

  • Wins

  • Private Notes

• All connections and shared spaces with other users

• Any saved birthday reminders or notifications

• All photos and media files you’ve uploaded (stored in Firebase Storage)

• Your user settings and app preferences

Important Notes

• This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

• Verification is required. We may contact you to confirm the deletion before processing.

• Analytics data. Some aggregated, anonymized data may be retained to help us improve ShowingUp. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.

• Processing time. Deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days.
